Fitness Center

The building's fitness center is located on the second floor. The center contains six aerobic conditioning machines: two treadmills, two stationary bicycles and two stairmaster machines. A television has been installed for make the exercise experience more pleasant.

Laundry Room

The building has a self service, coin operated laundry room on the second floor. There are ten standard capacity side-loading washing machines, two extra large capacity washing machines, and ten gas powered dryers. The standard size washers and the dryers cost $1.25 each. The large capacity washers cost $2.00. There is a change machine in the laundry room that is available to dispense quarters.

The Book Exchange

Looking to read the latest thriller? Trying to clean out those overflowing bookshelves? The building offers a free book exchange service. Located in the second floor laundry room, the exchange currently has an inventory of over three large bookcases full of every imaginable type of book. The exchange also has magazines to help while away those hours waiting for the washing machines to finish their work.

Garage

The building has a garage on the premises which is operated by the Central Parking System. The garage has a capacity of 126 vehicles. Residents receive priority on monthly parking but the garage may require 30 days to satisfy any demand for space by 444 residents.

Monday - Wednesday: 6 AM until Midnight
Thursday - Friday: 6 AM until 2 AM
Saturday - Sunday: 7 AM until 2 AM
